Time-to-Market and Personalization: User Experience in the Age of Agentic AI

The 4th edition of The Power Coffee // Business Breakfast Talks brought together 40 C-level executives from Banking & Insurance in the exclusive setting of Eden Skyhouse, in Torre Breda, Milan. The morning focused on the use of a technology that is making a disruptive entrance into processes across industries, explored under the theme Time-to-Market and Personalization: User Experience in the Age of Agentic AI.

The event was opened by Nicola Tassan, Managing Director Technology, Financial Services Lead Italy & Greece at Accenture Technology, with the keynote “Reinvention in Financial Services,” an overview of the adoption of the agentic approach from PoCs to roadmap. Agent-based architecture is no longer a gamble but a concrete priority, one that is fully entering organizations’ strategic agendas and requires a profound cultural shift. Today the real challenge is not experimenting, but scaling AI, governing it, and measuring its return.

The subsequent panel featured Mauro Torelli, CIO of Credem; Pietro Taeggi, Deputy COO of Société Générale Insurance Italia; Giuseppe Sorrenti, Head of Processes and Operations at Digital Banking Italy, BBVA; and Luca Magnoni, CIO of AXA. The discussion put the customer experience at the center: redefining personalization means rethinking operational processes with an agentic mindset, because grafting new solutions onto existing ones doesn’t work. The topic becomes even more significant in business models not directly controlled by the corporate, where networks of distributors and partners can build, in very short timeframes, solutions that were previously the preserve of large players. This is a fact that CIOs and companies cannot ignore.

Finally, we presented KYC Builder, a platform developed entirely with an Agentic AI-driven SDLC approach: a concrete example of what emerged over the course of the morning. The platform is dedicated to the unified onboarding of Business and Private clients and, above all, to the sales, upselling, and cross-selling phases of banks and insurers, helping to keep the relationship with the customer alive even after the initial onboarding.

Format
Sometimes the best ideas, like the most engaging conversations, arise over a coffee in an informal setting rather than in scheduled meetings. With The Power Coffee // Business Breakfast Talks, we wanted to take the informal atmosphere of a coffee break beyond the walls of the office, turning it into a gathering of select C-level executives from the Banking & Insurance sectors who share backgrounds in IT, innovation, organization, and cybersecurity. It offers a dedicated space, by invitation only, in which to engage openly, directly, and without filters. The morning was designed to foster valuable networking, peer exchange, and new business opportunities. By invitation only.
