Frequently asked questions
We already have the graphic design. Can you handle development only?
Of course. When the design doesn't come from our own creatives, we work hand in hand with the supplier or the Client's in-house team: we take over the graphic design, verify its technical feasibility and, where necessary, make the adjustments required in terms of accessibility and UX.
Do you also handle migration projects from one core banking system to another?
Yes, it's one of the areas where we have built the most experience. We manage every step of the migration: as-is analysis, mapping of flows and data, integration of third-party systems, testing and go-live. We have experience with the main core banking systems on the market, such as CSE, Cedacri and AFAST, and their integrations with digital channels.
Do you integrate Agentic AI into your development phases?
Yes, we've started a major evolution of our SDLC built on Agentic AI architectures: a proprietary framework of specialized agents that work alongside the team at every phase of the project. The AI operates within a governance model that keeps accountability for design decisions with our engineering teams, ensuring the high quality and security standards we're known for.
We are undertaking a major digital transformation project. Can you support us with technical consulting?
Yes. We support the Client in the decisions that shape the project: technology stack assessment, architecture definition, make-or-buy analysis, implementation roadmap. Our recommendations come from the hands-on experience of people who design, build and run software every day.
Who keeps an eye on the systems when something goes wrong?
An in-house team, active 24/7. We don't just respond to reports: we adopt proactive monitoring, with alerts on application and infrastructure metrics that allow us to catch anomalies before they become outages. The people who oversee the systems are the same people who know them from the inside, which drastically reduces diagnosis and response times.
