The first Italian bank in the Cloud
Designing and building Banca Progetto's Cloud infrastructure meant Digital Transformation in every sense: compliance with Banca D’Italia, process redesign, deep cultural renewal and team training.

Support Banca Progetto in its transition to a fully digital business model on AWS. A Digital Transformation program involving every area of the bank, requiring a complete overhaul of existing workflows and the integration of the entire ecosystem of services and platforms in place - from the CRM to factoring applications and the FEQ - to reduce lock-in to third-party tools.

We structured the Cloud infrastructure and brought it into line with Banca d'Italia regulations, obtaining ad hoc certifications and making Banca Progetto the first Italian bank on AWS Cloud. Together with the bank, we built a coordination model capable of managing the new architecture - in effect, the foundations of its internal IT. On this basis, and thanks to our Enterprise Container Platform, the bank has been able to develop a series of evolving digital products over time, including the first KYC process designed and implemented from scratch, with an architecture conceived from the outset for future integrations and development.

By digitalizing its processes, we enabled the bank to increase the number of applications handled and optimize Operations. From SME Mortgages, the only product still managed offline, to the development of 10+ products managed entirely digitally - including Factoring, Deposit Accounts, Scoring Services and Instant Lending - most with a record time-to-market of just 3 months from technical analysis to delivery.
