For the first year we took part in the Italy Insurance Forum as Platinum Sponsor and as host of the CIO Hub, a table reserved for CIOs and Innovation Leaders of the insurance sector.

The main theme of the discussion was Middleware, AI and tailor-made solutions to unlock digital evolution and speed up operational efficiency, focusing on how to integrate middleware and cloud-native solutions to modernise the IT ecosystem without compromising the legacy core, on the opportunities that tailor-made solutions open up to improve customer experience and engagement, and on how AI, blockchain and voice assistants can create ultra-personalised customer experiences and anticipate needs in real time.
