Challenge - Supporting Volksbank in one of its most ambitious digital transformation initiatives: renewing its Front-End channels and migrating to a new core banking system.

Our role - We created the design - compliant with WCAG accessibility standards - and developed the entire banking experience: mobile app, home banking and back office. The integration of our middleware, which decouples the Front-Ends from the core banking system, paved the way for innovation, accelerating time-to-market and ensuring high security standards. All backed by proactive 24/7 monitoring from our Operations and ITSM teams. The project also includes the migration to the new core banking system.

Result - A completely renewed experience, widely appreciated by customers, that allows Volksbank to reposition itself in the Italian competitive landscape. The scalable, secure Cloud infrastructure is now ready to accommodate any future technological evolution.

Challenge - The fast-growing Group needed to improve the performance and UX of the QC Spa of Wonders platforms - corporate and booking - through a redesign of the back-end infrastructure and a restyling of the experience.

Our role - We designed and developed an end-to-end digital ecosystem: UX/UI design based on the new brand identity, development of desktop and mobile touchpoints, and a cloud infrastructure integrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the Tekio management system. A project covering both the European and North American markets.

Result - Faster, more reliable corporate and booking platforms, running on a scalable, secure cloud infrastructure capable of handling peak-season traffic volumes without disruptions. The front-end experience led to a marked improvement in time-on-site metrics. The modular architecture is solid and ready to evolve with the Client's communication, marketing and business needs.

Challenge - Designing the new world.dolcegabbana.com portal, the Brand's main communication channel and the gateway to fashion show streaming and special projects, with the goal of improving performance and ensuring scalability and security.

Our role - To meet the Client's needs, we redesigned the cloud infrastructure on AWS and handled the design and development of the website on WordPress, with a view to flexibility and the continuous evolution of the portal. As part of the collaboration, we also took charge of developing the AWS infrastructure in China, as an official partner, from a technical, strategic and regulatory standpoint.

Result - A portal capable of withstanding traffic peaks - events, collection launches, special projects - and substantial media investments, without disruptions. The architecture, designed for flexibility, makes the Dolce&Gabbana team autonomous in managing and evolving the website, with significantly improved performance and security levels compared to the previous platform.

Challenge - Design and develop buddy, UniCredit's digital branch: the first conversational bank, open 24/7 and integrated with an ecosystem of partners and services.

Our role - We designed and developed the digital bank's iOS and Android apps and the buddy.unicredit.it portal. buddy UniCredit is the first bank where we integrated our Enterprise Container Platform, the middleware that decouples legacy systems from Front-End channels, enabling continuous innovation while preserving security, time-to-market and scalability. Beyond software development, a central aspect of the partnership is the proactive monitoring of all channels by our teams.

Result - From the first line of code to launch in 10 months for a 100% digital, fully integrated bank, first on iOS and then extended to Android. With over 450,000 customers served, buddy keeps evolving - new features and look & feel restylings are released with no service interruptions, thanks to a solid, flexible and high-performing architecture.
